Liberty High School has the best instrumental music program in Carroll County and is one of the top programs in the state of Maryland. Ensemble groups have consistently scored top marks in annual adjudicated festivals, the marching band has finished in first or second place at the Tournament of Bands Atlantic Coast Championships for the past five years, and the annual Pops Concert has regularly performed to a sell-out audience from the broader community.

This ongoing, high level of excellence is supported by the Liberty High School Instrumental Music Boosters (LHSIMB), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to support the music program and its students

We are asking for your support so that we can continue assisting our outstanding program.
LHS Instrumental Music Boosters

It costs more than $100,000 to run the Instrumental Music Program each year

Contributions

Through ongoing fundraising efforts and generous donations from supporters and community members, we provide financial support, supplementing the school’s music budget, to cover the cost of your students’ needs.

As examples, the Boosters pay for instruments and repairs, transportation for the marching band, scholarships for our graduating seniors, and master musician guest performers.
